Following our initial conversation, I can craft a customized program tailored to your needs, concentrating on one or more of the topics outlined below. Programs can last from 3 months and beyond.

Every program includes:

~ One hour Zoom call every week/two weeks

~ Unlimited* communication with me through texts and voice messages on WhatsApp throughout the day from 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.

~ Assignments/reading material.

Coaching for anxiety and panic attacks can help you work through the physical and psychological aspects of your anxiety. Through the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy, I can help you to identify and change thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to your anxiety, as well as help you to learn relaxation techniques and coping skills. I can also provide support and education about the nature of anxiety and panic attacks, and help you to develop a plan for managing your panic and anxiety in the future.

Additionally, mindfulness coaching is designed to help you become more mindful and aware of your environment, and to develop skills to better manage stress and anxiety.

Life story coaching is a form of coaching which focuses on helping you to explore your life story, develop a deeper understanding of your life experiences, and create positive changes in your life. Through this process, you can gain insight into the patterns and themes in your life that can help you gain clarity, overcome challenges and create a life you love. I help you to explore your past and present experiences in order to gain a better understanding of your life story, identify possible solutions to your challenges, and create goals and strategies to move forward. Life story coaching is especially beneficial for those who are in transition (e.g. retirement, career change, divorce) or in need of personal growth and development.


Forgiveness Coaching

Forgiveness coaching is a form of life coaching that focuses on helping you let go of anger, resentment and bitterness and create a new path of compassion, understanding and acceptance. It can be used to help you forgive yourself for past mistakes, heal from past trauma, or forgive someone else for wrongs that have been committed. This type of coaching can help you identify the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are preventing you from forgiving, and then work to change those negative beliefs and behaviours. The goal of forgiveness coaching is to help you move past your hurt and anger and create a more positive outlook.
